Instead of specializing, we serve clients who are the right fit. While most of our clients are property management companies and HOAs with substantial numbers of tenants, we can service any commercial site of sufficient size.
Do you provide emergency or one-time cleanup services?
Only as an additional service option for our TOTAL TRASH™ and DEFCON ONE™ clients. We do not offer one-off services for non-retainer clients.

What are your hours of operation?
Our service hours for on-site services are from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday through Friday.
Our admin and support services are available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

All of our solutions are offered on an annual contract basis.

Billing: Monthly, Net 30 terms.

There are no cancellation fees associated with our services. We operate with a 30-day notice period for cancellations. We do request the opportunity to resolve any service concerns prior to receiving a formal cancellation notice whenever feasible.

How often can I schedule service—daily, weekly, bi-weekly?
We exclusively offer 6-day-a-week servicing. Through extensive experience, we’ve learned this frequency, especially including Sundays, is crucial for consistently managing trash and ensuring it’s prepared for hauler pickup.
Service Operations
Are you a waste hauler?
Green Glove Heroes is not a waste hauler; we don’t transport waste off-site. Instead, our role is to ensure that when your designated hauler arrives, all three streams (refuse, recycling, and organics) are properly sorted and ready for collection.
What types of waste do you service? (e.g., general, recycling, hazardous, electronic)
Our TOTAL TRASH™ program provides daily sorting and management of your household waste, recycling, and organics. The actual hauling of these materials is handled by your property’s designated hauler (e.g., WM, Recology).
Additionally, our service packages include the management of bulky items and E-waste, both of which are disposed of in accordance with your property’s specific city requirements.
Do you provide containers, dumpsters, or compactors?
We don’t supply containers, dumpsters, or compactors ourselves. As your third-party liaison, Green Glove Heroes coordinates with your waste hauler and other pertinent vendors. This includes managing repairs and replacements for containers and dumpsters, a process we track for you from start to finish. We also manage compactor service or replacement by liaising with your site’s specific compactor management company.
How do I determine which type of waste goes into which bin?
We ensure your property complies with all varying local regulations by working closely with county authorities to manage and update enclosure signage. Our Green Glove Heroes Porters are trained in each county’s specific rules and are on-site daily to sort and monitor all three waste streams. This diligent oversight guarantees that everything is correctly placed and your site is always prepared for hauler pickup. For further support, we also provide on-site training for staff and residents whenever needed.
What should I do if I need an extra pickup?
For any needs related to your waste system, help is just a quick email or call away. Let us know what you require, and we’ll handle all the logistics. This includes communicating any schedule adjustments to your hauler and tracking the process through to completion, ensuring you always receive the service you’re paying for. How do you handle hazardous or medical waste?
When our team identifies hazardous or medical (H&M) waste, we immediately separate it to prevent contamination of the main waste stream. We then notify your maintenance staff with our findings and direct them to the correct licensed facility for proper disposal, helping you avoid potential hauler fees. Please note that our service does not include the direct handling or removal of H&M waste.
Do you offer electronic waste (e-waste) recycling?
Yes, we treat e-waste in a similar manner to other types of bulky waste. It is sorted daily and disposed of appropriately, adhering to your local city’s specific requirements.
Do you support zero-waste initiatives?
Absolutely. We work closely with Zero Waste specialists in every city and county we serve. Our porters attend local training sessions to ensure our sorting processes meet all regional requirements and support these initiatives.
Can you help us improve our recycling diversion rates?
Yes. By combining resident and staff training, clear signage, and diligent daily on-site sorting, our clients typically see dramatic improvements in their recycling diversion rates from the very first day.
What happens to the waste after it’s collected?
All waste is collected by your local franchised hauling company and transported to their facilities for processing. Green Glove Heroes is not a hauler; we don’t remove waste from your property. Our role is to ensure that when your hauler arrives, all three streams (refuse, recycling, and organics) are clean, properly sorted, and ready for service.
What time does your team arrive?
Service times vary based on hauler pickup days and our route schedules, generally within a 6 am – 6 pm service window, similar to most haulers. Our service schedule is designed to ensure your site is maintained and sorted for each scheduled hauler pickup.
What happens if your team doesn’t show up?
You can be confident that our team will consistently show up as scheduled. We utilize state-of-the-art scheduling and fleet tracking, with backup plans in place to cover any potential service delays.
